Welcome to the website of the North West Region of the Association of Clinical Biochemists.
Our role is to offer support to all ACB members in the Region and to work to improve all aspects of clinical science in local laboratories.

The details of the next
regional meeting are as follow:
The next regional meeting to be held in
early October will comprise audit
presentations from within the region. We
therefore call for audits to be
submitted for presentation, either as an
orally (15mins including questions) or
as a poster. Could all members please
submit their audit titles to Dr Ian
Laing at Manchester Royal Infirmary by
Friday, 5th September.
A member of the ACB Executive will also
be present to talk about the forthcoming
ballot of members on the proposal to
broaden the ACB membership.
