The Ian Ward Members' Papers Competition, sponsored by CliniSys  was on 30th January 2007 at the Royal Preston Hospital.

Some of those attending the lecture are shown below.  Dr Angela Kremmyda is seen sorting her hair prior to presenting her Trop T audit.

Below we can see 'IT baffling the Clinical Biochemists'.  In the end all the talks were well presented.

The winner of the competition was Sarah Hatch and she is seen here being congratulated by the NW ACB chair Dr Felicity Stewart.

After much deliberation after many quality talks the winners were announced by Dr Tony Stott (Jan 2006).

Jennifer Vikebo won the best overall paper.  The picture below shows Jennifer receiving her prize from the North West chairman Dr Felicity Stewart. (Jan 2006)
